A LIGHTER FOOTPRINT. A LIVELIER CUP.
Roasted by sunlight, not fossil fuel.
Our electric roaster turns Sierra sunshine into precise, repeatable heat. Its internal emissions-control system neutralizes smoke and harmful VOCs before air exits the machine—more control in the roast and cleaner air around it. The result: a clear, clean presentation of flavors. Try our Ethiopian vs traditional gas roasting at a medium-light roast level from any other roaster and you will find distinctions muddled by even traces of gas fumes.
